Morris Kessler, who was one of the original owners of
SAE, now owns ATI (Amplifier Technologies Inc.). He has re-acquired the
SAE name and is re-labeling the ATI
line and selling it in Europe under the SAE name. They choose to do so
because ATI did not have a presence in Europe and obviously SAE is well
known. At this time, ATI does not have any plans to market any SAE
products in North America. Not saying things could change in the future
though. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
