SAE "02" Specs
Here are spec sheets for the SAE "02" series. I am missing the E102 hot sheet sheet (help?) but I  have scanned in a CES press release about it. This series of gear was designed in Los Angeles, manufactured in Seoul, South Korea by Dong Won Electronics (dba - Inkel - International Korean Electronics) and was introduced by the original owners. It was conceived to sell in conjunction with the "01" series. When the company was sold to the new owner, the E102 was the only component introduced by them.

Below is from the Summer '90 DAK Industries catalog. DAK bought the remains of SAE from the third owners. They made a few amps and wholesaled out the 02 line in his catalog and then let the company die.
